My experience with Kovar Contracting was extremely disappointing. I hired them to replace my roof, but instead of delivering quality workmanship, they left me with a slew of leaks and interior water damage. Their negligence not only resulted in financial loss but also caused significant stress and inconvenience. I strongly advise against using their services, as their lack of professionalism and disregard for the job's integrity have caused me considerable frustration and dissatisfaction.

We needed a whole new roof and Ben was very responsive throughout the whole process with getting a quote, setting a date for the job and everything was done so fast within a few hours. Derrick was fantastic! We had a leak in our roof on a Friday night at midnight! He came out the next day to put a tarp on our roof. And a few weeks later him and his team came and shingled our whole roof. They got it all done in one day, and it looks great, we couldn’t be more happy with how it all went! Best Construction
Yuri of Best Construction gave us an estimate for our siding and went out of the way to explain different options about the types of vinyl siding and the quality of the vinyl differences. He also came out and did a check of my roof and did not try to up sell - told me my roof was fine for now.The siding came out fantastic and we loved the two men who did the work, Greg and John. Wonderful people and it was actually a fun experience. A fair price too.

Proper Roofing (Ltd-LLC)
Recommended! One of my longer gutters on a 2nd story separated from the fascia and I didn’t want the entire piece to fall if there was a heavy rain. Service was available on Victoria Day actually and they did a thorough job fixing it, making sure the slant was better for drainage and testing with a hose. I asked for some businesses cards to share with friends.

He repaired my roof within 24 hours at an extremely affordable rate. I am so grateful for his excellent work and quick repair. He really saved us from any permanent damage.
